  Went to this drive-thru in Newport last night and the 2 guys that were working had terrific customer service, so needed to share. They were very courteous, informative and anticipate my needs. Very kind and friendly, all at Wienerschnitzel of all places. They need to get noticed for great thinking just for a customer, since it doesn't come too often at a drive thru.

  I've been here a handful of times since I work right next door. I've had good customer service from the other employees, but I've had an encounter with the same lady twice and they've both been bad. I didn't get to catch her name but she's a bit on the heavier side with a thick accent.
  
  First encounter: I asked my coworker to buy me a corn dog for me on her break so that I could just eat it on mine without wasting time. I asked her to grab me mustard, but she forgot. So I ran inside to ask for mustard and she stared at me and said I'd have to purchase something. I told her that we had just purchased a corn dog but forgot to get mustard. She glared at me again and after a few seconds threw a couple packets at me.
  
  Second encounter: I went in tonight and ordered a 2  corn dog combo and sat down. My other coworker had came in and we said a simple hello. He went back to the counter and she had called my order out so I went up to the counter, he was mentioning that she had given him incorrect change. I didn't want to be rude so I just stood a little behind him and waited for my tray since it was in front of her. She looked at me and told me that's my order, obviously, there wasn't anyone else in there besides us. She asked if I wanted ketchup or mustard and I answered, yes please ketchup AND mustard. She grabbed a few packets of ketchup and threw them on my tray. I stood there and waited as she was still talking to him about the change situation. She stared at me again as if to ask me what else I needed and I answered, may I have a couple mustard please. She grabbed 2 and threw them on my corn dogs. Well after this 2nd time I can honestly say I can't wait for the Wendy's to open and go there so I can get good food and good customer service.
  
  It would've been 1 star but the other workers there are quite nice and they got the extra star.

  WOW, thought I would give DW one more try.  For the price, I'm not a real big fan.  I compare the Chili Dog at $1.79 the same as a Regular Taco at Del Taco: small, and a cheap alternative to the real thing.
  
  I ordered the 5 for $5.99 special. Had 3 Chili Dogs and 2 Corn Dogs. Next time, if there is, I will order 5 Corn Dogs, they were pretty good.  To me, the chili is cheap, watery with a little meat and beans. All 3 of my Chili Dogs were like that (FOR $1.79? regular price!) ...... The chili does not look anything like the picture, AT ALL.  Disappointing to say the least.
  
  Will most likely not return to any Wienerschnitzel if this is the representation of food and toppings.  If I do return, it will be for the Corn Dogs.  But Meh, I've Experienced Better! 2-Star.  Actually, I can make'm better!

  The food is good, service is a little slow, and the guy taking my order screwed it up.  Forgot my fries, and forgot the onions on my chili cheese dogs.  I was in drive through so didn't noticed til I got back to the office.  Very disappointed.
